 Day 51 Day 51 marked another significant day in my teaching practice at VPS Malankara HSS Venganoor. Starting the day at 8:30 a.m., my allotted period was during the third hour with 9C. The session focused on the concept of the volume of a cylinder, employing an inquiry-based training model. Encouraging students to analyze the described event, they initiated their own inquiry process. Using two packets of papad, I facilitated their understanding of cylinder volume by stacking them to form a cylinder. Through the inquiry process, the students grasped that the area of a cylinder base extends to the height, leading to the formula for volume. The session was highly satisfying.
