Tales of Teaching Practice Phase 2 week 3 part 2
Day 12 of My Teaching Practice
27.06.2024 Thursday
Today was the 12th day of my teaching practice. I reached the school at 8:45 a.m. My allotted period was during the second period, where I conducted a diagnostic test on the topic "Pairs of Equations" to identify the students' difficulties and challenges with the chapter.
I distributed the question papers, and the students began the test eagerly. Afterward, I collected the papers for evaluation. With no other substitution duties during the third and fourth periods, I used the time to review the collected papers. During the 5th and 6th periods, I had substitution duty in class 8I.
At 3:15 p.m., after the national anthem and the bell, we performed line duty. After signing the attendance register, we left the school premises by 3:45 p.m.
Overall, it was a productive day focused on assessing the students' understanding of pairs of equations.

Today was the 13th day of my teaching practice. I arrived at school at 8:45 a.m. and started by finishing the assessment of the diagnostic test papers. This gave me valuable insights into the students' difficulties with the topic.
My allotted period was the 6th period. During the first and second periods, I had substitution duties in classes 8C and 8B. In the third period, I organized and listed the students' marks. I also served the noon meal during the 4th period.
In the 6th period, I returned to class 9G, where I distributed the evaluated test papers to the students. We reviewed their answers, and I conducted a remedial teaching session to address their challenges. The students identified their mistakes and learned how to overcome them. The session was successful and productive.
At 3:15 p.m., after the national anthem and line duty, I signed the register and left the school by 3:45 p.m.
Overall, it was a productive day focused on helping students overcome their challenges.
