Day 22 of My Teaching Practice

Today, I arrived at school at 8:45 a.m. My allotted period was the second period, where I taught "Multiplication with a Difference" from the multiplication identities chapter. I demonstrated how to simplify complex multiplications using differences and the distributive property. The students understood the concept well and were able to apply it effectively.

In addition, I had substitution duty in class 9F and conducted a 10-mark test for class 8A to assess their basic mathematics skills. I verified the marks and submitted the results to Karthika Ma'am.

The day ended with the national anthem, line duty, and signing the register. I left the school premises by 3:45 p.m.

Overall, it was a productive and well-organized day.

Day 23 of My Teaching Practice

Today, I arrived at school at 8:45 a.m. I had substitution duty in classes 7C and 7E during the first and second periods. At noon, I helped serve the meal.

In the fifth period, I had substitution duty in my allotted class and conducted a problem-solving session on "Multiplication with a Difference." I focused on applying the identities we discussed previously. Students practiced translating verbal descriptions into algebraic expressions and using the distributive property.

During the sixth period, I continued the problem-solving session. By the end, students effectively applied strategies to solve new problems and demonstrated their ability to analyze patterns and construct solutions.

The day concluded with the national anthem, line duty, and signing the register. I left the school premises by 3:45 p.m.

Overall, it was a productive day of teaching and problem-solving.
